NEO makes a new move to bring the next-gen internet
NEO recently made a move towards achieving its goal of creating the next-gen internet.
The move saw the project become one of 5 sponsor-members of IntWorkAll.
NEO also saw a lot of activity in May, and it shared plans, new and future partnerships, and more.
Cryptocurrency project Neo (NEO), currently the 20th-largest coin by market cap, recently made a new move towards achieving its goals.
Neo has a vision of creating the next-gen internet, and it just joined IntWorkAll in order to get a step closer to doing it.
One of the five
The project’s co-founder, Da Hongfei, tweeted recently that the company is proud to be one of the five sponsor members, alongside Digital Asset, Accenture, Microsoft, and SDX. This is quite a notable company for NEO to find itself in, and its goal is to catalyze the adoption of blockchain technology.
Meanwhile, Neo Smart Economy also tweeted, expressing excitement about working with the rest of the members across a variety of industries.
The community itself reacted similarly, expressing its own excitement about NEO’s role. Many appreciate the importance of the move, comparing it to the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, which came to be back in 2017. They also have high hopes for the future of NEO’s price, due to the move.
NEO progression continues at its own pace
Neo’s progression has been slow, but then again, this is not a project that aims to rush things. Sydney Ifergan, a well-known crypto expert, stated that NEO is not about hype, but rather about facts. He added that the project is working its way strategically, which is why it delivers its best.
He is far from being the only believer in NEO’s long-term progress. NEO has a lot of long-term holders who believe in its vision, and who do not let go of their coins.
As for NEO itself, it recently published its May recap. The recap talks about the preview of the project’s governance, as well as the economic model. It mentioned the visual token designer, time travel debugging, and the demo. It then touched upon the testnet upgrade which is being prepared, as well as different partnerships, events, and more. May was a busy month, and a lot of attention went to Madana's partnership. Neo also unveiled its progress at the Consensus Distributed, particularly regarding developer tooling and governance.
